fix(web): set canonical as `https://cal.com` in the `<HeadSeo/>` (#6693) 

* fix(web): set canonical as https://cal.com in the <HeadSeo/>

* use `window.document.location?.href` if self hosted

* clean up

* use `isCalcom` from library

* handle trailing slash on homepage again
